OFFICIAL RULES
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

2. To enter the Half Pint Skateboards Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) fill in the online entry form with your full name, email address, daytime phone, age and complete address. You may enter on or after specified date, 12:01 a.m. ET; all entries must be received by specified date, 11:59 p.m. ET. Entrants must be legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia and eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry. Limit one entry per person. All expenses not specified in the Giveaway Rules, including, without limitation, taxes, fees, insurance, gratuities, ground transportation, parking, food and beverages are Winner’s sole responsibility.

3. This Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.

4. Employees of Half Pint Skateboards LLC and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, suppliers, printers, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies, prize suppliers and their immediate families are not eligible to enter or win.

5. A random drawing to award the prizes will be conducted on or about specified date by Half Pint Skateboards, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winner will be notified by email. Winner must comply with the instructions contained in the prize notification letter, and must complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (where permitted by law), within fourteen (14) days of the date on the prize notification letter or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner chosen. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered. 8. By entering and/or accepting a prize, each winner releases and agrees to hold harmless Half Pint Skateboards LLC, their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind to a person, including death, and/or property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize or participation in this Sweepstakes. Acceptance of prize constitutes consent to use winner's name and likeness for editorial, advertising, and publicity purposes, without further compensation, except where prohibited. The winner’s name may be posted on www.halfpintskateboards.com

6. Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, for any reason, will not be eligible. Half Pint Skateboards reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Sweepstakes. In the event of termination, a random drawing will be held from among all eligible entries received at the time of termination.

7. Any personal information supplied by entrants to Half Pint Skateboards will be subject to Half Pint's privacy policy. 11. Half Pint Skateboards reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the Sweepstakes or its website. Half Pint Skateboards reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the Sweepstakes.

8. Entries will not be acknowledged. All entries become the sole property of Half Pint Skateboards and will not returned.

9. Half Pint Skateboards will not accept phone calls concerning this Sweepstakes.

10. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations of the United States with venue in Santa Cruz County in the State of California. Winner is responsible for any taxes payable on prize or otherwise.

11. By entering, you agree to be fully bound by these Official Rules.
